Classes are geared for all fitness levels. Please inform the instructor of any health limitations.
Please note that all Classes and Instructors are subject to change without prior notice.
In case of inclement weather we follow the North Salem School schedule:
- if there is a 2 hour delay or school is cancelled, there will be NO morning classes. WHUD.com carries info. on school closings.
- for evening classes, please call the club to check 1 hour prior to your class time.
- in case of SEVERE weather, please cehck the homepage of this website for Announcements regarding full club closing or modified hours of operation.
