Cardio

Get your heart pumping with this fun and fast paced class mixing step and floor aerobics.

Cardio Kickboxing

Work up a sweat with kicking and punching with movement across the floor.

Circuit Training

Move from station to station mixing strength training and cardio.

Have a ball

Total body workout using the resist-a-ball and weights concentration on core.

Kickboxing Boot Camp

Kick and punch your way to a leaner body. Segments of drills incorporating boxing skills.

Mat Pilates

Developed by Joseph Pilates. This class focuses on core, and flexibility.

Multi-Impact

All cardio combining different forms of aerobics. The time will fly in this class

Multi-Impact Madness

Cardio class with strong emphasis on dance.

On The Ball

Strengthen your core using resist-a-ball.

Rhythm Ride

Ride at your own pace and enjoy the music.

Spin

Using a stationary bike the instructor will take you on a great journey.

Spinlate

45min of spin and 15min of pilates.

Step

A low-impact workout using an adjustable step platform.

TBW Core Conditioning

Strengthen and stabilize your torso muscles to improve posture and avoid back injury/pain. Then using the same muscles during upper and lower body toning.

Tone

None-aerobic total body conditioning class. Various equipments such as steps, weights, and body bars are used. Increase strength and stability.

Xpress Workout

Cardio throughout the whole class along with weights. This class is designed to burn fat.

Yoga / Sun-Up Yoga

A total mind-body workout that improves functional strength, flexibility, muscle balance and relaxation. The class is taught with multi-level options making it suitable for all fitness levels.

Hardscrabble Class Policies
  • Spin and Boxing classes are first-come first-served.
  • All classes are co-ed.
  • Children 12 and under are not permitted to attend or sit in the classroom during class.
  • Please inform your instructor of any orthopedic injuries, problems or pregnancy.
  • Classes must have consistent attendance of 8 students to remain on the schedule.
  • Have a blast!


All instructors are Group Fitness and CPR certified.
