Cardio class with strong emphasis on dance. |

Using a stationary bike the instructor will take you on a great journey. |

Spinlate |
45min of spin and 15min of pilates. |

A low-impact workout using an adjustable step platform. |

TBW Core Conditioning |
Strengthen and stabilize your torso muscles to improve posture and avoid back injury/pain. Then using the same muscles during upper and lower body toning. |

Tone |
None-aerobic total body conditioning class. Various equipments such as steps, weights, and body bars are used. Increase strength and stability. |

Xpress Workout |
Cardio throughout the whole class along with weights. This class is designed to burn fat. |

Yoga / Sun-Up Yoga |
A total mind-body workout that improves functional strength, flexibility, muscle balance and relaxation. The class is taught with multi-level options making it suitable for all fitness levels. |

Hardscrabble Class Policies |
|
- Spin and Boxing classes are first-come first-served.
- All classes are co-ed.
- Children 12 and under are not permitted to attend or sit in the classroom during class.
- Please inform your instructor of any orthopedic injuries, problems or pregnancy.
- Classes must have consistent attendance of 8 students to remain on the schedule.
- Have a blast!
All instructors are Group Fitness and CPR certified.
