Description

Ballroom Dance

This is a 10 week paid class. Learn various ballroom dance wtih a professional dance instructor.  By the end of 10 weeks you will be fluent in 3 dances. No partner needed. Please see front desk for sign-up.

Cardio-dance This class is action packed and fun. Dance and sweat with a little latin influence.

Cardio Kickboxing

Work up a sweat with kicking and punching with movement across the floor.

Defenitions This is a tone class with yoga influence.
Interval Training Alternating cardio and tone for an energetic, fast pace, fat buring class.
Kripalu Yoga Stretch and tone muscles, release chronic tension, de-stress and refresh. Clam restless thoughts, cultivate concentration, support mental clarity and confidence, encourage self-acceptance.

Pilates

Developed by Joseph Pilates. This class focuses on core, and flexibility.

Multi-Impact Madness

Cardio class with strong emphasis on dance.

Spin

Using a stationary bike the instructor will take you on a great journey.        

Step

A low-impact workout using an adjustable step platform.

Strength, Power & Endurance Fun and challenging class will burn fat and shape you up. Fast
paced tone movements using weights. This class will push you to your max.

Stretch/Yoga .45min. of stretching using yoga movements.
Strictly strenght .45 min. members choose what parts of the body they want to work.

Tone

None-aerobic total body conditioning class. Various equipments such as steps, weights, and body bars are used. Increase strength and stability.

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT This class has it all. Cardio/tone/abs. and stretch. All within 45 minutes.
WillPower & Grace A mindful, energetic cardio class taught in barefeet.

Yoga / Sun-Up Yoga

A total mind-body workout that improves functional strength, flexibility, muscle balance and relaxation. The class is taught with multi-level options making it suitable for all fitness levels.

Hardscrabble Class Policies
  • Spin are  first come first serve.
  • All classes are co-ed.
  • Children 12 and under are not permitted to attend or sit in the classroom during class.
  • Please inform your instructor of any orthopedic injuries, problems or pregnancy.
  • Classes must have consistent attendance of 8 students to remain on the schedule.
  • Have a blast!


All instructors are Group Fitness and CPR certified.
