Jay Devashetty
is the director of Player Development and of the ITF programs at the Hardscrabble Club. He was top 5 Junior in India, as well as the top 10 in the Men’s division. He is USPTR Professional and a USTA High Performance coach. He has coached many Sectional, National, ITF, WTA and ATP ranked players.

JP (Juan Pena)
He is the USPTA and the USPTR certified professional with over 25 years of experience that includes teaching beginners and experienced adults, as well as coaching junior national champions in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. He also was the Dominican Republic National Champion in singles and doubles, and a finalist at the USTA Satellite Tour. As well as #1 Tennis Racquet at Sacred Heart University, Puerto Rico (MBA in Labor Relations) in singles and doubles, and three times winner of the 35 and over Masters Singles.

Lance Dorfi
Lance played varsity tennis for 5 years and was #1 North Salem HS player. He also was #1 player at All-League Section for 4 years. Lance USTA rank was #12 in Boys 16 in East. He is USPTR tennis member and a full time student at the Westchester Community College. Lance has taught tennis for 3 years at Hardscrabble Club and continues his successful tennis-teaching career with us.

Johnny Gularte
was born and raised in Uruguay. and was one of the top ranked juniors in Uruguay for several years, achieving a #3 rank. Johnny represented Uruguay in the Cosat junior tour competing in Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay etc. During the past two years Johnny was living and teaching all levels of tennis in Duchess County. Today he is happy to be a part of Randy Many Tennis Academy at the Hardscrabble Club. Johnny has accomplished multiple certifications.
